No tuition, no deadlines, no grades — just space to heal, reflect, and grow.

This fall, we’re enrolling in the most important class: ourselves.

Your Healing Arc: A Curriculum for Care, Structure, and Community is a 3-part live workshop series that brings together mental health tools, narrative healing, and community reflection. These classes are especially created to center the identities and lived experiences of Black people and people of color navigating mental health, chronic illness, and the longing for authentic connection.

Each 90-minute class blends structure with softness, offering a curriculum of care that makes room for reflection, tools, and togetherness. Every class also includes a community check-in, so you’re not only learning new strategies but also connecting and sharing in real time with others walking similar paths.
