Your Healing Arc: A Curriculum for Care, Structure, and Community is 3-part live workshop series that brings together mental health tools, narrative healing, and community reflection. These classes are especially created to center the identities and lived experiences of Black people and people of color navigating mental health, chronic illness, and the longing for authentic connection.

About Your Facilitator
I’m Philicia Ross, LCSW-C, founder of Village of Sound Mind. As a licensed therapist and community wellness practitioner, my work centers Black women and people of color navigating trauma, chronic illness, and mental health challenges. I create spaces where authenticity, compassion, and community can thrive outside of grind culture.
