Your Healing Arc

A Curriculum for Care, Structure, and Community

No tuition, no deadlines, no grades, just space to heal, reflect, and grow.

This fall, we’re enrolling in the most important class: ourselves.

Your Healing Arc: A Curriculum for Care, Structure, and Community is 3-part live workshop series that brings together mental health tools, narrative healing, and community reflection. These classes are especially created to center the identities and lived experiences of Black people and people of color navigating mental health, chronic illness, and the longing for authentic connection.

About Your Facilitator

I’m Philicia Ross, LCSW-C, founder of Village of Sound Mind. As a licensed therapist and community wellness practitioner, my work centers Black women and people of color navigating trauma, chronic illness, and mental health challenges. I create spaces where authenticity, compassion, and community can thrive outside of grind culture.

  • "Great space to learn and grow as well as validate what many intuitively know to be truth. Community, listening to and hearing each other without judgements or pretense is so refreshing!"

    -Workshop participant

  • "Holding space allows me to connect with other Black women, knowing we’re in this together. It’s also a great way to take time out of our busy schedules to reflect and share with others what’s on our minds and souls. I’m so happy I’ve found this space and look forward to joining more sessions."
