Holding Space: Protecting Your Peace-Beyond Boundaries
Protecting your peace is deeper than saying “no.” This month’s Holding Space gathering invites you to explore what lies beyond traditional boundary-setting—energetic limits, emotional labor, and the silent ways we stretch ourselves to keep the peace.
This 90-minute virtual session centers Black women and femmes who are ready to examine how peace feels in their body, not just how it looks to others. Through guided reflection, gentle somatic grounding, and journaling, we’ll create a space where your truth is enough—and your rest is sacred.
If you attend, you can expect:
A communal, non-recorded space rooted in care and confidentiality
A grounding opening ritual + community agreements
Reflective prompts around energy leaks and peace-building
Somatic check-ins to help you tune into your nervous system
Optional space for sharing and connection
A digital workbook with affirmations, prompts, and healing resources
A curated playlist to keep you anchored after the event
No prep is required—just bring your journal, a pen, and a soft space to land.

In April, we will explore Healing from Family Wounds
Family is supposed to be our first place of safety — but for many of us, it’s where the deepest wounds were formed.
This month in Holding Space, we’re gathering to reflect on the impact of those wounds — not to dwell in them, but to create room for honest acknowledgment, embodied release, and gentle reclamation. Whether you’re navigating complicated dynamics, grieving unmet needs, learning to set boundaries, or redefining what family means for you, this space is for you.
✨ Holding Space is a monthly offering centering Black women and our experiences. This isn’t group therapy — it’s a soft place to land. Come as you are. We’ll reflect, breathe, share, and begin again — together.
This month, we’ll explore:
The messages we internalized from our family stories
How family roles impact our sense of self and relationships
Reclaiming your truth when it was never reflected back to you
The power of boundaries, grief, and chosen family
Tools to support healing from emotional and generational pain
💜 There will be journal prompts, gentle somatic work, community sharing, and moments of reflection. This is a live-only space to protect the sacredness of what we’re building.
